1) Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo season was a blast again this year! Although we had a little headache in dealing with their customer service offices, we will definitely be purchasing season tickets again next year. We didn't go to as many concerts this year as we have in the past due to work obligations, but the ones we went to were awesome!
2) I saw these awesome placemats at a local discount store and thought "I could totally make that!". Do you see the little pom-poms on the ends? So cute! I often think that I can make things, but the reality is that I'm not that great at making things. This will be my April craft project, and I will blog about it - good or bad.
3) Something else I'd like to make.... a super cute table runner. The ones I see in stores are never just the right color, just the right length, or just the right fabric texture.
4) I waited a month for the Mailbox app with no clue of what I was waiting for. I saw other people posting about the app online and thought that there was no harm in downloading the free app. If I could use this app for my other email addresses, I'd be totally on board. Since it only supports one type of email, I'm not finding it to be that great.
5) Tomorrow, I am going to start back at walking in the morning before work. That means getting up at 4:30 am. I had been doing this when our house flooded, but I didn't keep it up when we were living in hotels or the apartment. I am starting a 10,000 steps a day challenge with some people at work, and walking in the morning will definitely help me get to 10,000 steps.
6) and I guess the picture below means this is Throwback Wednesday. That's little blonde me, my two brothers, and my parents. How cute were we? Look at my cheeks!!
