My first four blog posts were sad and very hard to write. To keep my spirits up after a difficult and emotional year, I am trying to focus on the positive things in life..

my re-entry into the world of jogging after a minor (but lingering) knee injury...

I am preparing to run my first 5K in April 2010. It's called Run for the Rose, and it benefits brain cancer research. Since my Dad suffered with brain cancer (glioblastoma multiforme), I think that this will be a great first run. I'll have tons of motivation to do well. I'm sure that Dad would have been so proud. http://www.runfortherose.com/
